polymer clay christmas ornament

hello again, i covered these small clear ornaments in a thin layer of polymer clay, then stamped a star stamp into them. for the pink and brown, after i baked the ornament i covered it in brown paint, let it dry and then sanded it down, then clear coated it. for the gold looking one, i put a base layer of blue clay, then stamped the star in, and then covered it with gold liquid polymer clay, then baked. by the way, sorry my grammar and punctuation is awful. lisa

the alchemy factory

hello, i'm running a special this month on my website. $1 off all scrubs, starting Jan. 1st, they go back up to $6. i'm doing a grassroots effort to promote my website. you see, i would rather spend money on products then advertistment, so if you have a blog, know someone who has a blog, or some way of reaching alot of people and would like full size samples of my products so you can review them and maybe let people know how wonderful they are, i would apperiate it. or if you have ideas how i can promote for free please email me at lisafuller@thealchemyfactory.com. if you have a blog, please include the info when you email me. if you click the title it will take you to my website. lisa

christmas ornament out of polymer clay

hello, sorry that i've been gone so long, bear with me, one day i'll be posting at least twice a week. so, here is a super easy and if i may say so cute, ornament to make. i made a jelly roll with a blue, then layered silver leafing, then orange clay. rolled it into a tube, then sliced thin layers, and placed them on a clear ornament, and baked according to the clay's directions. even though the picture doesn't show it, the silver sparkles nicely. the second ornament is done the same way, except i used black and pink. on monday i'll have another polymar clay ornament for you. lisa
