Day 5!!!!!!

Hello and welcome! Today I have an altered mouse trap. I was lucky enough to find 3 of these an at estate sale for .25cents, right after finding this pin.
When I first started, I wasn't to sure what I wanted to do with this. I layered some old, torn music pages, but I wanted more. So, I went over it with black paint and then wiped it with a baby wipe. After that had dried, I lightly sanded it with fine sandpaper.

Then I went to town! The stamps are from Tim Holtz, skull and photo on bottom. The key is a rub-on from Michael's, the small skulls are from a washi tape.
Next up is Teresa with some wonderful eye candy for you! Or if you are skipping around, head over to my side bar and pick a name! Enjoy! Lisa

First altered mouse trap I have seen without yards of lace...which I hate! This is so much like it should have been made this way! This is absolutely perfectly stunning!

As the others have said, mouse traps are not meant to be frou frou.

The admit one is an amusing touch.
