hello, how's life been treating you? in case you are new to the 12 days, please feel free to leave my blog and head over here to get the low down. so today is a smeared ink day!!! since i'm making a grumpie tree, i needed a grumpie tree topper. now this isn't quite what i wanted but it's cute. it is double sided, with the same grumpie on each side. i cut two pieces of cardboard then inked up with red, distressed the edges, inked some more, stamped, added glitter just to the eyebrows, and little bit of bling. i may turn this into an ornament though, i think i can do a better topper, i'm not saying i don't like this, but it would make a better ornament then topper. get to hopping!!!! enjoy! lisa

the nice thing about making your own ornaments is that you can make this one into an ornament when you've made the tree topper you really want. I'm looking forward to seeing what the tree looks like all finished
