A smeared ink skull stamp and shrinky dinks.
I stamped the skull with staz-on(the world's greatest smelling ink) and used my crop-a-dile for the hole.

Wow! I probably would have used opaque shrink plastic but I love the effect you got with the clear stuff. I'm going to have to remember that!
